Secure Information Exchange is available so that you can file taxes from the convenience of your home/office or at our locations. Here is how it works:
Step 1: Please complete one of the quote request forms in either business, expat or individual sections depending on your needs. (For business and individual returns, please submit both forms). Upon submission of details, we will email you the estimated fee for tax return preparation/filing based on the initial details that you provide.
Step 2: Once you give us the go ahead, we will send you an engagement letter, create an account for you on the secure portal for uploading your tax information and provide you a list of documents/information we will need from you to prepare your tax return. If you prefer to drop off documents in person at this point, please let us know.
Step 3: Once we have all the information, your tax return will be prepared. The invoices for the tax returns will be sent as soon as your tax return draft is ready for review. Your tax return draft copy will be uploaded once we receive your payment.
Step 4: Once you have reviewed the tax return draft and no changes are required, we will finalize your return. We will send you e-file authorization forms for e-signature. Your tax returns, if eligible for e-file, will be e-filed on receipt of the signed e-file authorization form from you. If returns need to be mailed for any reason, the mailing copy will be provided to you. Once the e-filed returns are accepted by IRS & State, we will upload a copy of your e-filed return for your records. You can complete the entire tax return preparation and filing process remotely or schedule an appointment to complete the process in-person. Additional fee may apply for in-person appointments.
