To begin, please complete the quote request form based on your needs. Upon the submission of your details, we will email you an estimated fee for the preparation of your tax return.

Once you give us the go ahead, we will send you an engagement letter, create an account for you to securely upload your tax information and provide you with a list of documents we will need from you to prepare your tax return. If you prefer to drop off certain documents in person, please let us know.

Once we have all of the necessary information, your tax return will be prepared. The invoice for the tax return will be sent as soon as your tax return draft is ready for review. The draft copy of your tax return will be uploaded once we receive your payment.

Once you have reviewed the tax return draft and no further changes are required, we will finalize your return. An e-file authorization form will be sent for an e-signature. Your tax return, if eligible for e-file, will be e-filed on receipt of a signed e-file authorization form from you. If returns need to be mailed for any reason, the mailing copy will be provided to you. Once the e-filed return is accepted by the IRS & State, we will upload a copy of your e-filed return for your records.
